Video or Phone Therapy Sessions

I offer remote sessions to accommodate clients with time and transportation constraints. My insurance covers me to work internationally, so wherever you are in the world, I can work with you. During your free 15 minute no-obligation consultation, we can discuss your therapy needs and arrange a time when you can dedicate yourself to your therapeutic journey from the comfort of your own home or other suitable location which has stable internet or phone connectivity and the necessary privacy.
Workshops and Seminars
I develop and deliver workshops on a range of mental health and wellness topics to both private groups and corporates.

Cancellations
In consideration for other clients awaiting appointment slots, a 24 hour cancellation policy is in place, otherwise the full fee for your appointment will apply.
